Purpose, Aims and Objectives
At Suthergrey House Medical Centre we aim to treat all patients equally and with respect by providing a high level of care for all population groups respecting the individual needs of registered patients.

Cervical Smears, Child Health Immunisations, Chronic Lung Disease ( COPD) management including respiratory and spirometry clinics, Family Planning, Maternity Services, Minor Surgery, Physiotherapy, Smoking Cessation Clinics, Travel Clinics, Diabetic Clinic,
The surgery telephone lines are open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday
A range of appointments are available with all members of the clinical team. Including an emergency walk in clinic and extended hours opening.
Patient Access is also available to enable patients to book, change or cancel appointments online.
Out of hours information and how to contact the relevant service is provided on the telephone system and on the surgery website.
Arrangements for feedback and discussions with patients
The surgery has meetings with the Patient Participation Group.
If anyone would like to take part in this group, please contact the Practice Manager.
All complaints should be made to the Practice manager and the surgery policy will be adhered to.
Privacy and Dignity
The surgery adheres to the standards of the Data Protection Act 1998 and offer a chaperone to patients.
We endeavour to provide a chaperone for all requests, but we are unable to guarantee the availability of a chaperone unless requested in advance and you may be asked to make another appointment to facilitate this.
