- AGED 16-65 YEARS AND IN THE "AT RISK GROUP"

- HOUSEBOUND

- LIVE IN SHELTERED HOUSING OR A CARE/NURSING HOME

- A HEALTH CARE WORKER

AND HAVE NOT HAD YOUR COVID VACCINE YET, PLEASE CONTACT THE SURGERY TO BOOK IT ASAP

WE ARE NOW CALLING PATIENTS WHO HAD THE PFIZER VACCINE IN DECEMBER TO BOOK THEIR SECOND DOSE - THE NEXT CLINIC WILL BE ON 10/03/21.

Suthergrey House Medical Centre are currently running clinics to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. We provide the Astra-Zeneca vaccine at our own surgery site, and the Pfizer vaccine in partnership with our PCN at another site.

If you are over the age of 70 years or a Health Care Worker and have not had your COVID vaccine yet, please contact the surgery as soon as possible to book it.
