Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Please register your car at reception each time you visit the surgery. The key pad can be located in the waiting area. Please follow the instructions on the screen.If you do receive a penalty charge please contact the company direct on 0115 822 5027 as the surgery can not cancel or refund any charges.

Contacting You....
We have introduced a texting service via your mobile phone to send you messages. These messages could be a reminder about an appointment, asking you to contact us to make an appointment for a review or a health check. In some instances we may confirm results of blood tests. We also may at times contact you via email. Please let us know if you do or do not wish to be contacted either by text or email, if you do wish to be contacted we will require you to come into the surgery and show a form of ID (photo if possible) and confirm your mobile and or email address.

PATIENT ONLINE ACCESS

WATFORD EXTENDED ACCESS
GP appointments are now available 7 days a week in Watford and Three Rivers. Patients registered with a GP Practice in either Watford or Three Rivers can now make an appointment to see a GP on weekday evenings 6.30pm - 8.00pm and at the weekend, Saturdays 9.00am and 1.00pm and 3.00pm - 7:00pm, Sundays 9.00am - 1.00pm. Appointments for blood tests can also be booked on Saturday and Sunday Mornings.
Please note that during these appointments your health record may be accessed and viewed by clinical staff other than your GP or a GP at your practice.
Weekend Extended Access Information Poster
PARKING AT THE SURGERY
As from the 16th March 2019, the surgery will have a new parking restriction service in operation. Please ensure you register your vehicle details on the screen located at the reception desk upon arrival.
Please note if you attend the practice in the morning without an appointment and wish to wait for our reception to open, please do not arrive and park you vehicle in the car park for more than 5 minutes before we open. You can only register your vehicle at the reception desk, arriving too early could incur a parking fine.
GP NET EARNINGS 2017/19
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to pateints at each practice.
The average pay for GPs who worked for six months or more in Suthergrey House Medical Centre in the last financial year was £61970 before Tax and National Insurance. This is for 3 full time, 4 part time and 1 GP locum.
