Please read this before submitting online consults using the e consult form: Please keep your phone with you from the point that you submit your request. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and we may call or text you within minutes of receiving your request. For medical queries information provided will be assessed by a doctor the same working day and actioned appropriately. By submitting your request this allows our clinical team to offer the most appropriate care to a patient, based on the nature of your request, which may not necessarily be a GP, and with the right level of urgency. You may be asked for more information or offered an appointment within a very short turnaround time so again please keep your phone with you. This online service is available from 8:00am to 6:30pm on weekdays.
